This course will be about the ISO 9001:2015 and 17100:2015 standards. First, we’ll briefly describe what ISO is and why it would be important to adopt an ISO certification. Then, we’ll be spending some time learning what the ISO 9001 and 17100 standards are, what their main requirements are, and what the process was like for Terra. We’ll also be discussing the main differences between 9001 and 17100 and we’ll give you a few key tips to successfully achieving the certifications. At the end, there will be a multiple-choice exercise to complete to see what you’ve learned about this topic.
